Pharmacology of Renova XR 665 mg
A mild anti-inflammatory agent, paracetamol also possesses analgesic and antipyretic qualities. The central nervous system (CNS) is assumed to be the primary site of action for paracetamol (acetaminophen), which raises the threshold for pain by blocking the enzymes responsible for prostaglandin (PG) synthesis, cyclooxygenase, COX-1, COX-2, and COX-3. Paracetamol is a derivative of paraaminophenol, which has mild anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic effects. One of the most popular, secure, and quickly-acting analgesics is paracetamol. It doesn't have any adverse effects of aspirin and is well tolerated.

Interaction of Renova XR 665 mg
The capacity to metabolize large dosages of Renova XR 665 mg may be impaired in patients who have consumed alcohol, barbiturates, or tricyclic antidepressants. Drinking alcohol can make an overdose of Renova XR 665 mg more hepatotoxic. Long-term use of oral steroid contraceptives or anticonvulsants raises liver enzyme levels. It can make achieving therapeutic Renova XR 665 mg levels more difficult by speeding up first-pass metabolism or clearance.
Side effects of Renova XR 665 mg
Renova XR 665 mg typically has moderate side effects. However, reports of hematological responses, such as thrombocytopenia, leucopenia, pancytopenia, neutropenia, and agranulocytosis, have been made. Rarely, allergic reactions might result in skin rashes, pancreatitis, and other conditions.
Therapeutic Class of Renova XR 665 mg
Non opioid analgesics
Pregnancy & Lactation
Patients should use paracetamol as prescribed by their doctor, but epidemiological studies in human pregnancy have not revealed any adverse effects from using it in that amount. Breast milk does contain some paracetamol, but not in a clinically noticeable quantity. The available published data do not contraindicate breastfeeding.
Precautions & Warnings
Patients with reduced liver or kidney function and patients on other liver-damaging medications should also use Renova XR 665 mg with caution.
Overdose Effects of Renova XR 665 mg
Adult users who have taken 10 g or more of Renova XR run the risk of suffering liver damage. If a patient regularly consumes more alcohol than is advised, has long-term treatment with carbamazepine, phenobarbitone, phenytoin, primidone, rifampicin, or other medications that induce liver enzymes, or is likely to be depleted of glutathione due to conditions like eating disorders, cystic fibrosis, HIV infection, starvation, or cachexia, then consuming 5 g or more of Renova XR may cause liver damage.
Storage Conditions
Store away from heat sources and light in a dry environment. Keep out of the children's reach.
